Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the Trader Timer Affiliate Program.

By participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Overview

The Trader Timer Affiliate Program allows approved users ("Affiliates") to promote Trader Timer using referral links and discount codes. Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their referral links or discount codes.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 20% commission on qualifying payments. This includes:

  • Monthly subscriptions (recurring commissions)
  • Yearly subscriptions
  • Lifetime purchases

Recurring commissions: Monthly subscription commissions may be paid repeatedly as long as the referred subscription remains active and payments are successfully received.

3. Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies when:

  • A user signs up using an affiliate referral link or discount code
  • A successful payment is completed
  • The payment is not refunded or disputed

Referrals may be invalidated if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Self-referrals occur
  • Duplicate accounts are used
  • Promotional rules are violated

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

  • Spam referral links
  • Send unsolicited emails (spam)
  • Use misleading or deceptive advertising
  • Impersonate Trader Timer
  • Use paid ads using Trader Timer brand names without permission
  • Use fraudulent referrals
  • Refer themselves using multiple accounts

Violation of these rules may result in:

  • Commission cancellation
  • Account suspension
  • Removal from the affiliate program

5. Self-Referrals

Self-referrals are not allowed. This includes:

  • Using your own referral link
  • Creating multiple accounts to earn commissions
  • Using referral discounts on your own purchases

Such activity may result in:

  • Commission removal
  • Account suspension

6. Payment of Commissions

Commissions are tracked and recorded after successful payments. Commission payouts:

  • Are subject to approval
  • May require fraud review
  • Are not guaranteed until approved

Approved commissions may be paid via:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Wise
  • Other methods as determined by Trader Timer

Trader Timer determines payout schedules. A minimum payout threshold may apply.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred payment is refunded or charged back:

  • The related commission may be cancelled
  • Paid commissions may be deducted from future payouts

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Affiliate account termination

8. Account Termination

Trader Timer reserves the right to terminate affiliate participation at any time if:

  • These terms are violated
  • Fraudulent behavior is detected
  • Abuse of the program occurs

Termination may result in:

  • Loss of unpaid commissions

9. Promotional Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for:

  • Ensuring marketing content is accurate
  • Complying with advertising laws
  • Disclosing affiliate relationships where required

Affiliates must clearly identify promotional content as affiliate marketing where required by law.

10. Program Modifications

Trader Timer reserves the right to:

  • Modify commission rates
  • Change payout terms
  • Update referral rules
  • Terminate the program

Affiliates will be notified of material changes where possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

Trader Timer is not responsible for:

  • Loss of affiliate revenue
  • Tracking errors beyond reasonable control
  • System downtime
  • Third-party service interruptions

12. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
