By accessing or using Trader Timer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Trader Timer provides interval-based countdown timers and trading session tools designed to assist traders. The Service is offered in both free (Essential) and paid (Pro) tiers with varying feature availability.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime basis as selected at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Refund Policy. Generally, refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if the Service did not function as described. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days. Please contact support to request a refund.
Participation in the Trader Timer Affiliate Program is subject to our separate Affiliate Terms. Commissions are calculated at 20% of qualifying referral payments. Commission payouts are subject to approval, fraud review, and minimum payout thresholds as determined by Trader Timer. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trader Timer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for any trading decisions made based on the use of our timers or alerts. Nothing in this Service constitutes financial or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trader Timer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.
All content, branding, code, and materials associated with Trader Timer are the intellectual property of Trader Timer and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Trader Timer, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
